Hello, I’m Kayla and I’m not quite ready to launch into the great wide world just yet but we all have to start somewhere. I want this blog to be the canvas for my thoughts.

I’ve been on a long and arduous journey of finding myself and want to share some of my thoughts, in the hope that I may help others.

I’ve reached that mature stage of life when I’ve had children and watched them fly the nest and flourish. I’ve looked after my aging parents and sadly had to say goodbye.

I’ve managed the financial side of a business, and I’ve taught in primary school for many years so I believe I’ve picked up quite a bit of life experience.

I’m not ready to pack up my life and sit watching the world go by, I truly believe I have a lot to offer. I’ve felt down and disheartened (who wouldn’t after the last five years) and during this time I’ve been tested and come through the other end.
